To initiate the design process, we are pleased to offer a Preliminary Proposal that will provide you with a high-level conceptual overview of your project. This stage is crucial as it sets the foundation for the detailed planning and execution phases to follow.
What Does the Preliminary Proposal Include?
- Initial Consultation: A detailed discussion to understand your vision, requirements, and preferences for the auditorium.
- Conceptual Design Sketches: Basic 2D layout plans showcasing the potential arrangement and spatial organization of the auditorium.
- High-Level Cost Estimate: A rough estimate of the project cost based on standard auditorium projects of similar capacity.
- Project Feasibility: An initial assessment of the site conditions and project feasibility.
Benefits of the Preliminary Proposal:

The fee for this Preliminary Proposal stage is INR 5,000/- which will be deducted from the final design fee if you choose to proceed with the detailed design phase. This nominal fee ensures a dedicated effort from our team and signifies your commitment to the project.

Scope of Work
Detailed 2D Drawings
1. Complete 2D drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
2. Detailed layout plans highlighting seating, stage, and other critical components.
3D Renders
1. High-quality 3D renders or sections (if required) of the proposed auditorium design.
2. Visuals will include key perspectives and detailed interior views.
Animated walkthrough simulation
1. A comprehensive 3D walkthrough of the proposed auditorium design.
2. The walkthrough will showcase the spatial flow, seating arrangement, and key design elements.
Detailed Cost Estimate proposal

Fees and Payment Schedule
The total fee for the design services outlined in this agreement will vary project to project. The payment schedule is as follows:
Initial Payment
Amount: 5000/-
Due: Upon final decision.
2D Drawing Payment.
Amount: 750/- (Per drawing)
Due: Upon submission of Final 2D layouts, sections, elevations & detailed drawings.
3D Renders payment.
Amount: 9500/- (Set of 6 renders along with a 3D section and 3D layout.)
(2000/- for additional colour scheme “optional”.)
Due: Upon submission of final 3D rendered views and 3D layout and 3D section.
Animated 3D walkthrough with production.
Amount: 5000/- per minute.
Customised video presentation as per project.
Detailed bill of Quantities
Amount: 5,000 /- (Per quote)
Due: Upon submission of detailed products and quantities as per design along with product description, amount and quantities.
Terms and Conditions
Revisions: The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions to the preliminary designs. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Confidentiality: All designs and documents provided by the Architect are confidential and intended solely for the Client’s project.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the final 3D renders, walkthrough, and 2D drawings. The Architect retains the right to use the designs for promotional purposes.
